In this week’s poll update we note that 56% of our registered users have now voted. This figure is down from the 60% we reported on Oct 10. The readership of Bluegrass Today has increased by 13% in the same period.
There aren’t many changes to report this week. Most of the categories have not seen significant change.
Emerging Artist of the Year – last week Cherryholmes had widened their lead to 7% over the Grascals. This week that lead has widened once more to 10%.
Dobro Player of the Year – previously this category looked like it would go to Rob Ickes with little contest. However, this week his lead has narrowed to only 3% over Jerry Douglas.
Guitar Player of the Year – this category has also narrowed up considerably. Tony Rice is still the leader, but only by 1% over Tim Stafford.
That’s all I have to comment on this week. If you haven’t voted, be sure you do so in the next 10 days.
