The Chapmans have released a new CD titled Simple Man. They have made available an eCard for this project. This is a great way to promote a new CD. you can listen to the tracks while reading about the recording, looking at promo photos, downloading a new wallpaper or screensaver, or just watching the slideshow of band photos. It’s a nice presentation and something other bluegrass acts might be wise to emulate.
* For those unfamiliar with the term eCard, it is simply an html page with a macromedia flash presentation embedded inside it. You will need the flash player plugin installed in your browser to view such a page. Also be aware that the file contains graphics and audio files which may increase load times on slower dial-up connections. It did load very quickly on my DSL connection though.
