Other musicians on the album include Danny’s son Ryan on mandolin, Mark Delaney on banjo and Eric Troutman on bass. Cleveland also played mandolin for these sessions.

Danny is the best voice recording traditional bluegrass music today; bar none!

I am thrilled to know the new release is coming. Long awaited. I can’t seem to find any specifics on the release date nor a place to pre-order.

Yeah, Danny represents the very peak of what can be done in traditional bluegrass. Powerful, powerful stuff. I’m sad that his whole band has turned over since the last album, and that Rounder wasn’t able to do more with him…have people seen his new band? Is it as strong as the great Lundy/Lundy/Paisley/Eldridge lineup? Those guys were RELENTLESS.
