Meatloaf from Rhonda’s kitchen

As a taste of what we’ll be offering during our Twelve Days of Christmas giveaway later this month, here is a debut recipe from our co-host in the giveaway, The Queen of Bluegrass, Rhonda Vincent.

Starting December 14 and running through Christmas Day, we will have special features each day with holiday recipes and memories, fun Christmas photos and more from Ms. Rhonda herself. Let’s take a trip to Rhonda’s kitchen for her yummy meatloaf recipe.



  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 c minced onion
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1/8 c yellow mustard
  • 1/1/2 c ketchup

Mix together. Press evenly in 9 x 9 baking dish. Cover the top of the meatloaf evening with a thin layer of ketchup.

BAKE 1 hour at 350 degrees F
