Get Well wishes for Ray Davis

Event Details

davisWe have learned that Ray Davis, long time afternoon host on WAMU’s Bluegrass Country, is being treated for cancer. Ray retired from radio in 2013, after spending 65 years of his life broadcasting in the DC market, 28 of them at WAMU.

His many friends at the station have been sending him cards and emails of encouragement, and shared Ray’s contact information so his many fans around the world could do the same.

Cards can be sent to…

Ray Davis
P.O. Box 1540
Falling Waters, WV 25419

… and emails to [email protected].

If you enjoyed Ray’s many radio shows over the years, why not send along well wishes during this frustrating time? He’ll be sure to appreciate it.
