Feeling Blue from Mountain Faith

Event Details

blueAs promised, here is the new single from Mountain Faith. It’s the “sort of” title track from their upcoming Mountain Fever release, Blue, which is due in November.

Feeling Blue is a somewhat different sound for the band, with an old timey vibe and clawhammer banjo. Written and sung by Summer McMahan, it’s a feel-good song that will get those toes tapping right away.

As we mentioned yesterday, Cory Piatt has just joined the group on mandolin, but the recording features former bandmate, Dustin Norris, along with Summer’s brother, Brayden, on banjo, and their dad, Sam, on bass, plus Luke Dotson on guitar. Steven Burwell guests on fiddle.

Feeling Blue is available to radio programmers now from Airplay Direct.
