Baucom, Rice and Mountain Heart

Mountain Heart performed in Augusta, GA on Friday evening, along with special guests Terry Baucom and Tony Rice.

On these shows, the material tends to focus on Rice’s rich catalog of music, as this video attests. It has Barry Abernathy taking on Tony’s vocal chores from the Bluegrass Album Band’s definitive, post Flatt & Scruggs version of Your Love Is Like A Flower, with Bauc tackling J.D. Crowe’s banjo duties.

As the young people say… Son!
