Banjo Babes – back for 2016

Event Details

Banjo Babes

The Banjo Babes Calendar is back for 2016. The same folks who launched this musical almanac project in 2014 are back with their third edition for next year.

With Erin Inglish again at the helm, the 2016 Banjo Babes Calendar is designed to help publicize the five string artistry of 16 lady practitioners, with Lindsay Lou Rilko on the cover. The package includes both a full-color, large-format calendar for 2016, plus an audio CD with one track from each featured picker.

Erin is also using a pledge system to handle orders for next year’s edition. They are shooting to pre-sell $9,000 worth of calendars/CDs with delivery expected in November. There are several pre-order options from CD only for $12 to a $50 deal which includes the new calendar, plus the CD and 5 bonus CDs from various 2016 Banjo Babes.

Banjo artists for 2016 include:

  • Trina Emig
  • Erin Inglish
  • Cara Luft
  • Amber Rogers
  • Lindsay Lou Rilko
