Geary and John to Mountain Fever Records

Event Details

Geary Allen and John Gooding

Mountain Fever Records has announced the signing of Geary Allen and John Gooding to the label, recording as a guitar duo billed as Geary and John.

Allen is currently performing as guitarist with The Burnett Sisters, while Gooding fills the same role with The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys. Both have been recognized for their deep understanding of bluegrass guitar playing.

The two will be providing their new label with a recording stripped down to just two guitars, tracked live without overdubs.

Perhaps a bit like this video Geary and John posted not long ago.

More details are expected soon.
