High on a Mountain from Kevin Denney

Event Details

Kevin Denney

Soulful bluegrass singer Kevin Denney’s new album, Any Ole Time, is out now on Turnberry Records, and they have selected a fun, summertime song as the latest focus track.

High on a Mountain is a contribution from songwriter David Stewart, who Kevin has tapped a number of times for his recordings. It’s all about getting away from it all and enjoying the nice weather with someone you love.

Denney sings the lead, with support from Andy Leftwich on guitar, fiddle, and mandolin, Scott Vestal on banjo, Josh Swift on reso-guitar, and Darrin Vincent on bass. Greg Cole and Amber Eppinette Saunders add harmony vocals.

It’s a smooth track with a nice feel. Check it out.

High on a Mountain, and the full Any Ole Time album, are available now from popular download and streaming services online, and to radio programmers via Get It Played.
