Junior Sisk partners with Chantilly Farms

juniorJunior Sisk & Rambler’s Choice has announced a partnership with Chantilly Farm, a special events venue in Floyd County, VA. It is the site of the Chantilly Farm Bluegrass & BBQ Festival, which held its fourth annual fest this past May.

This will become the home festival for Junior and the guys, and they will perform both days in 2015 when the festival expands into a two day format. It’s a natural fit as several band members and Junior himself live in southwest and south central Virginia.

Chantilly Farm owner David Larsen says that they are proud to be associated with such stellar entertainers.

“Entering into a sponsorship agreement with Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice is a true honor. Not only are we huge fans of the band’s music, but they are a band we’ve had in the lineup at our festival nearly every year and they’re always a crowd favorite.”

Floyd has become something of a music hotspot in recent years, largely from the attention generated by FloydFest, a very large, multi-genre, alternative music festival that occurs each summer. It has helped spur an influx of new permanent residents to the small mountain community, many with a special interest in the arts.

Not a bad place to stop when you are traveling across the Old Dominion.
