How A Cowgirl Says Goodbye from Deer Creek Boys

Event Details

Deer Creek Boys

Mountain Fever Records has released a first single from their upcoming album for The Deer Creek Boys.

It’s a good ol’ brokenhearted number from Larry Boone, Tracy Lawrence, and Paul Nelson called How A Cowgirl Says Goodbye. The song was a hit for Tracy Lawrence back in 1997.

It’s available to radio programmers now through Airplay Direct. Pre-orders for the album, What Goes Up, are available through iTunes.

Here’s a little taste…

Mark Hodges with Mountain Fever has high hopes for his latest signees:

“Being located in Virginia, I’ve know this group of guys for many years. I’ve had the rare opportunity to see their work ethic with other bands and the talent that each of them possess. When I heard they made the decision to make the Deer Creek Boys their musical priority, I decided to keep an eye on their development and sure enough, they proved they were serious about their efforts. I’m anxious for everyone to hear the music they are creating. I think it’s traditionally based, but fresh and different. I like that in a new ‘old’ band!”

Look for What Goes Up on April 15.
