Have Bass Will Travel – last chance to vote

Event Details

Don’t forget that tonight at midnight (8/27) is the deadline to cast your vote for the finalists in our Have Bass Will Travel video contest. So far, we’ve received over 3,000 votes, with the top contenders switching back and forth a number of times.

To vote, just visit this page, and pick your six favorite entries. We’ll announce the six finalists on Saturday morning.

These finalists will receive:

From those six, Barry Bales will choose a Grand Prize winner who will get:

We also got an email this afternoon from Paul Wargaski, who came up with another interesting way to transport a bass. He is a violin maker in Chicago with a unique sense of humor.

“I came across the Have Bass Will Travel contest late in the game, but thought you would get a kick out of this.  After running into an awful bass rental in Hawaii I realized I needed a better solution for traveling with Tangleweed, my bluegrass band.  The ‘Suitbass’ is the essence of complicating a simple idea, and a solution for what to do with your dirty laundry on the road.”

Paul even uses it on stage with the band.

Thanks again to everyone who submitted an entry in the contest, and to our sponsors for their generous contributions to our list of prizes!

To cast your vote (one per customer), just visit our Have Bass Will Travel poll site.
