Echo Boom Studio Sessions Vol 1

Event Details

Today is the day for the new CD from The Farewell Drifters, Echo Boom.

Like they did with their previous album, Yellow Tag Mondays, the guys will be releasing a number of videos to showcase the various tracks, and share information about the songs with their fans.

Part 1 in their Studio Videos series is now available, which finds them discussing the new release, intercut with  footage of them tracking in the studio.

They have also created a video of the band at the Members Only showroom in New York City.

As mandolinist Joshua Britt tells it…

“My brother Clayton and I collect the jackets and when the Drifters designed the album cover for Echo Boom we used some of the rare colors from our collection. After we released the album art we were invited by Members Only to their NYC showroom where they threw us a party and gave us some of their new (and much better fitting) jackets and we performed a special acoustic set. We met designers and fashion industry people from all over the world as well as the president of Members Only!”

You can hear audio samples from Echo Boom in iTunes.
