Cold Heart from Junior this summer

Junior Sisk and Ramblers Choice have indicated that their next album, Cold Heart, is expected from Rebel Records some time this summer.

In addition to the support of his crack road band, Junior has a duet with Rhonda Vincent to brag about. Timmy Massey is on bass, Jason Tomlin on mandolin, Jason Davis on banjo, and Billy Hawks on fiddle.

Junior says that he and the guys have turned out a fine record.

“We are very proud of this new album. It is the best work we have done to date. We feel it has just the right amount of traditional and new music and, just like Heartaches and Dreams, will feature the great songwriting of Tom T. and Dixie Hall.

We were also excited to record with Rhonda Vincent. She has an incredible voice and we blended together very well. I hope everyone will enjoy our efforts with Cold Heart. We look forward to a stellar year for the band the rest of 2011 and for many years to come.”

Part of Junior’s hopes for a strong year come from his newly-established relationship with Steve Johnson and Mountain Music Entertainment, who are handling management representation exclusively for the group.
