Bobby Osborne to Rural Rhythm

Bobby Osborne will be starting out the new year with a new label and plans for two new CD releases.

He has signed with Rural Rhythm Records and is already hard at work on his first release with the California-based record company. Osborne tells us that both projects will be recorded with his touring group, The Rocky Top X-Press.

Bobby is also pleased with his new recording partners.

“I’m gonna like Rural Rhythm. They are great people to work with.”

Members of The Rocky Top X-Press include Mike Toppins on banjo, Daryl Mosley on bass, Bobby Osborne Jr. on guitar, David Crow on fiddle and Osborne on mandolin.

Now 78 years, having recently celebrated a birthday, Bobby still maintains an active tour schedule across the US. You can find a listing of their show dates online.
