False Hearted Love from Lilly Anne

Event Details

Lilly Anne

Today we have a recorded debut from Lilly Anne, a 16-year-old singer from South Carolina who already has substantial performing experience under her belt.

Her full name is Lilly Anne Svrlinga, but she goes by Lilly Anne to save explaining how to pronounce her family name. Bluegrass fans in the southeast may have seen her on stage with Creekwater Collective, a very impressive teen outfit that tours in the region.

Now she has a first single on her own, a familiar grasser called False Hearted Love, and she shared a few details with us about the track.

“False Hearted Love was written by Frank Ray, and I absolutely loved tracking this one in the studio.

I’m playing guitar and singing lead, Amelia Brown on dobro and harmony vocals, Jackson Carter on mandolin and harmony vocals, and Dale Perry on banjo and bass. Dale also produced the track, and he did an incredible job bringing everything together.

I’m so grateful to all of my friends and family who continue to support me and make this musical journey possible. Most importantly, I want to thank my Lord and Savior for blessing me with the gift of music. Music has changed my life in so many ways, and I’m incredibly thankful for every opportunity to share it with others.

I hope everyone enjoys my version of False Hearted Love as much as I enjoyed making it. There’s more music on the way, so stay tuned!”

Lilly Anne’s is a bit slower than the cut Rhonda Vincent released in 2021, so it makes for a nice contrast.

Check it out.

False Hearted Love is available now from popular download and streaming services online. Radio programmers are invited to contact Lilly Anne online to request an airplay copy.
