A hearty “welcome back” to photographer Frank Baker!
Though he has retired from traveling to shoot at bluegrass festivals, he stills attends Bluegrass on the Grass at Dickinson University, quite near his home. It’s a free event put on by the college, and has a very loyal following.
It’s great to see Frank’s photos again. We’ll have more later in the week.
