There is a bunch of great music in store for tonight’s (3/31) edition of Tennessee Shines, broadcast live on WDVX from Knoxville’s Bijou Theatre.
Four acts are scheduled to perform, along with host Jim Lauderdale. You’ll hear sets from grassers Brand New Strings, alt-bluegrass bad boys Cadillac Sky, singer/songwriter Mindy Smith, and The Black Lillies, a Knoxville group a folk/rock vibe. All of them have new records, so you can expect to hear new music all around.
