BandPage Plus now available for Facebook

Event Details

Bluegrass artists and bands have embraced Facebook, just as have musicians and independent artists in all genres worldwide. It can be a quick and easy way to reach fans, and to build a loyal base on online followers without a large promotional budget.

The one problem that many artists see in using Facebook for publicity is the difficulty in branding your presence visually on a band page.

RootMusic has recently introduced a pair of applications to make this possible. BandPage and BandPage Plus allow artists to customize the look of their Facebook page without any knowledge of HTML or CSS code. You can modify colors and text, upload custom banners, and use their audio and video player to allow fans to sample your music while navigating differnt parts of your band page.

BandPage is a free application, and BandPage Plus costs $1.99/month. Full details can be found online.
