Dollywood Audition Tour

Event Details

Dollywood Entertainment Park will be conducting auditions for performers in five cities during January of 2006. They are looking for singers, actors, specialty performers, instrumentalists, stage managers and technicians for the April 1 – December 30 season. Auditions will be held in Atlanta, GA (1/7), Asheville, NC (1/8), Nashville, TN (1/14-15), Cincinnati, OH (1/21), and Pigeon Forge, TN (1/28-29).

This year they have set aside several of the audition dates as “musician only” auditions, but musical performers and singers are welcome to audition in any city on any of these dates. Much of the entertainment in the park has a bluegrass theme, and they are actively seeking bluegrass pickers and singers. Banjo, fiddle, guitar and mandolin players are encouraged to audition, and the ability to both sing and play is a big plus.

More details on the audition dates, times and locations can be found on the Dollywood Employment web site.
