New online marketing newsletter from Bluegrass Today

Event Details

This week will mark the debut of a new feature from Bluegrass Today, our Sound Marketing for Bluegrass newsletter. It will be delivered twice each month, at no charge, to anyone interested in keeping abreast of the many options that exist for promoting yourself, or your business, online.

One thing we have encountered consistently in discussions with independent bluegrass business people – be it artists, venues, small labels or entrepreneurs – is a mix of frustration and uncertainty when it comes to online marketing and publicity. What’s the best avenue for promotion? How should I advertise online?

Through a fortunate bit of chance, we have become acquainted with Barry Silverstein, a top author and business-to-business consultant in the online realm. Barry is a senior contributing writer to ReveNews.com, a national online marketing site, and Brandchannel.com, the world’s leading online branding forum. He is also the author of numerous marketing books, and has thirty years of experience in advertising, branding and marketing.

It turns out that not only is Barry a highly sought after online guru, he is a newly-minted fan of bluegrass music. Following a move to Asheville, NC from the northeast six years ago, he has fallen in love with bluegrass and old time music and has agreed to share his expertise with our close-knit community through Bluegrass Today.

Since this information appeals to a specialized segment of our readers, we have decided to present Barry’s insights via a twice-monthly eLetter. There is no charge to subscribe, and no personal information will be shared with any other company.

Just sign up online, and start receiving Sound Marketing for Bluegrass this week!
