Today it’s her Oatmeal Cookies with a Twist.
Oatmeal Cookies with a Twist Recipe
Mix Together:
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
In a separate bowl, mix and then add to the sugar mixture:
- 1 1/2 c. Martha White All-Purpose Flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
Add: 3 1/2 c. oats
If desired: add 1 c. chocolate chips with 1/2 c pecans or more if you like.
Set oven to 375 degrees F and Bake for 10 minutes
