Valerie Smith has one last announcement before 2010 goes into the record books.
The Bluegrass Belle from Bell Buckle, TN has released a free iPhone app, designed to help her fans and friends stay up to date with music, videos, photos, news and show dates. It is available at no cost through the iTunes app store for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
Valerie offers kudos to Nu-Blu, whose app was announced two weeks ago.
“We want to send a special thanks to bluegrass band, Nu-Blu for a great idea! The North Carolina-based band released their app earlier this month and we certainly commend them for helping to keep the bluegrass world on the cutting edge of technology.”
One expects that 2011 will bring an avalanche of new bluegrass band apps.
