If you missed the 2010 Monroe-Style Mandolin Camp faculty concert in Owensboro, KY in September, you can catch it live tonight (12/11)at 9:00 p.m. (EST) on WINN-FM, broadcasting at 88.3 FM from Evansville, IN and via live streaming online.
The show will feature performances by camp directors Mike Compton and Richard Brown, plus Bobby Osborne, David Harvey, David Peterson and more. The camp is held the second week of September each year under the auspices of the International Bluegrass Music Museum. Its focus each year is the distinctive and seminal mandolin playing of Bill Monroe.
The concert will be aired a second time on Wednesday evening (12/15) at 8:00 p.m.
