This information will include births and deaths; recording sessions; single, LP and CD release dates; and other interesting tidbits. Richard F.   • August 25, 1972 Bill Monroe and the Blue Grass Boys appeared at the First Annual W N C Bluegrass Festival, Kent Wiseman Memorial Park, Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
