Goat Rodeo Sessions live at a theater near you

goatGoat Rodeo Sessions, a stunning joint project from Chris Thile, Yo-Yo Ma, Stuart Duncan and Edgar Meyer, will be coming to a theater near you – via Fathom Events and the magic of simultaneous broadcast.

A live show on Tuesday, January 31, at Boston’s House of Blues will be streamed in real time to participating movie houses across the US, time-delayed in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Hundreds of theaters will open their doors to string music fans for this one-night only concert, presented in cinema surround sound and HD video.

Joining the Rodeo for this event (and their current tour) is Crooked Still songstress Aoife O’Donovan.

The fun starts at 7:30 p.m. (EST) and at 8:00 p.m. (MST, PST plus AK and HI) on the 31st. Tickets can be purchased in advance online, with pricing determined by the individual theaters. A quick check showed an average price of $15.

Don’t miss the Rodeo!
