Del McCoury on Jesse McReynolds

Del McCoury has released the first in what are sure to be several infomercial spots leading up to DelFest, the four day music festival he hosts in Cumberland, MD over the Memorial Day weekend.

He calls this series of webcasts (as they tell him they’re called) Delevision, and they will serve to introduce the various acts set to perform at the festival.

First up is Jesse McReynolds, an old friend of Del’s, and one of the pioneers Del chooses each year to feature among the more edgy, youth-oriented acts that form the bulk of the weekend’s entertainment.

Further episodes will be available on the DelFest web site.

We’ll have a correspondent and photographer on site at DelFest this year to provide same day coverage of all the fun.
