David Mansfield III

Seth Mulder & Midnight Run have announced the addition of David Mansfield III on fiddle, thus completing the band’s complement for the 2026 season.

Mansfield, originally from west Tennessee and now living in Nashville, has worked for some time in town with a variety of bluegrass artists like Carl Jackson, Larry Cordle, Peter Rowan, Ronnie McCoury, Jason Carter, Keith Urban, and Wyatt Ellis. He has also served as house fiddler at The Station Inn, and was a founding member of Green River Revue.

On joining Seth and the boys, David says…

“Looking forward to this new adventure with Seth and the guys. Love these guys’ music and playing, and really excited to be apart of this great band of guys and seeing what this year has to hold!”

He joins Mulder on mandolin and lead vocals, Anthony Howell on banjo, Carter Eddy on bass, and Sam Zolla on guitar.

You can find the band’s tour schedule online.
