Western North Carolina’s 23 North has just released their second album Garden In My Heart , a CD of original gospel/bluegrass songs. All tunes were written by singer Diana Boone, and stirring ballads are mixed with songs that feature their trademark lively beats, nimble finger-picking, and vocal harmonies.
