Barn Dance from Little Black Train

Event Details

Little Black Train is offering a free download of the first track on their second and newly-released album, Barn Dance.

Based in California, the band calls themselves an oldternative acoustic trio, and consists of Kenny Blackwell on mandolin and guitar, John Weed on fiddle, and Stuart Mason on guitar and banjo. Their goal is to preserve and faithfully portray what they like to call “the roots of bluegrass,” the traditional music of the Appalachian region and its Celtic forebears.

Old Black Dog is the track they are giving away (via band camp), and you can sample it, and the CD’s 11 other tracks, online.
