The Grascals do DC

Event Details

We posted earlier this week about The Grascals being invited to perform at one of the many Inaugural Balls held in Washington on Monday to celebrate the installation of President Obama for his second term.

Thanks to the folks at Laughing Penguin Publicity, we have some photos of the band at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of the American Indian, the site for the Native Nations Inaugural Ball. They performed along with Crystal Shawanda, a Canadian artist from the Wikwemikong nation, who The Grascals supported during part of the show.

Be sure to look for The Grascals on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday (1/25), airing on the NBC television network at 11:35 p.m. (ET/PT).
