The Steel Wheels have released a new album, No More Rain, and a live music video for the opening track, Tom Waits’ Walkaway.
Formed in and inspired by the music of Virginia’s Blue Ridge, this quartet melds old time, blues and bluegrass traditions into a sound of their own. The Steel Wheels are Trent Wagler on banjo and lead vocals, Jay Lapp on mandolin and guitar, Eric Brubaker on fiddle, and Brian Dickel on bass.
