Big Hillbilly arrives in Oman

Here’s a brief report from Bob Perilla, who has arrived in Oman with the better part of his Big Hillbilly Bluegrass. They will be performing in the northeast African nation for two weeks for the US State Department, and sharing stories of their travels with us at Bluegrass Today.

Guys, flying Lufthansa was a dream in terms of being able to carry-on all instrument aboard all flight legs with not even one dirty look. Food, drink, and indeed all cabin service was spectacular.

More tomorrow as we all get out to explore this ancient, yet modern maritime capitol. This was the original home port of Sinbad the sailor.
