On Tuesday, September 29, Pinecastle Records and Lorraine Jordan teamed up to sponsor a reception for DJ’s, promoters, and some other special guests at Lorraine’s Coffee House and Music in Garner, just outside Raleigh. A very nice buffet was provided to the guests.
Sideline took the stage first to provide music for the full house. Pinecastle Records then brought Lorraine and Carolina Road to the stage for the remainder of the evening. A young man from Garner, Tim Ciphers, who had appeared on American Idol, played a couple of songs with the band.
The evening wrapped up with country music legend, Eddy Raven, joining Carolina Road for a few of his many hits. Eddy will be playing select dates with Lorraine over this next year.
