Event Details

Junior Sisk at Music in the Meadows in Oakland Township, MI - photo by Bill WarrenJunior Sisk brought Rambler’s Choice to the Oakland County Parks program, Music in the Meadows on Friday, August 19th.

Music in the Meadows is a series of free concerts held at Bear Creek Nature Park in Oakland Township in southeast Michigan. Many in the audience were followers of the concert series and not necessarily bluegrass followers. Therefore, Junior was able to give a great show to a lot of new people. He quickly captivated the audience with his hard driving traditional music.

The crowd stayed for as long as the band would keep playing and asked for more proving that bluegrass music is alive and well!
