Event Details

Lauren and Matt Wright - photo © Dreama StephensonMatt Wright, bass player with The Larry Stephenson Band, was married this past Saturday to Lauren Pilat in a lovely outdoor ceremony in Maggie Valley, NC.

The service included a song written by Kevin Richardson, Matt’s close friend and fellow Stephenson bandmate, which was composed especially for the ocassion. Kevin and his wife, Crystal, sang it during the wedding.

The newlyweds will be living in Waynesville, NC. They have a honeymoon getaway scheduled for next month. Their wedding had initially been planned for October, but was moved up to accommodate the health concerns of Matt’s grandfather, who they very much wanted to attend.

More details and additional photographs can be found on Dreama Stephenson’s blog.

Congratulations Matt and Lauren!
