Congratulation Joe and Hannah!

Event Details

Joe and Hannah Booher

Joe Booher, mandolinist with NewFound Road, was married on March 28 to Hannah Libertore, on the beach near Sarasota, FL.

The two met through their shared interest in Jiu-Jitsu, and will make their home in Sarasota.

Joe grew up in a bluegrass family band, The Boohers, naturally, with his dad, Gary, on banjo, his mom, Lora, on guitar, and his brother, Jamie, on bass. They recorded a number of projects together in the early 2000s and toured extensively from a home base in Johnson City, TN.

Tim Shelton, vocalist and bandleader of NewFound Road, stood as Joe’s Best Man. The two have worked together musically for many years.

Bluegrass music was played at the rehearsal dinner the night before, and at the cocktail reception just prior to the ceremony.

Many congratulations to Joe and Hannah, and best of luck in your new life together!
