Here’s another concept music video from James Reams and his current release, Rhyme & Season. The album is a collection of his songs centered around the theme of urban homelessness, something that Reams experienced as a teenager, and is eager to never suffer again.
This new video is for $100 Funeral, an old time waltz that tells of what happens to people who die on the street.
Accompanying James on the track are Kenny Kosek on fiddle, Mark Farrell on mandolin, Doug Nicolaisen on banjo, and Nick Sullivan on bass.
Rhyme & Season is available from CD Baby.
