Billy Strings & Don Julin

Event Details

Billy Strings & Don Julin

One of the hottest new acts in the north central US is an unlikely duo, Billy Strings & Don Julin. One’s an old timer with a minimalist approach to mandolin, and the other a fiery young flatpicker with a flair for modern bluegrass. One’s been playing since childhood, while the other picked up music later in life.

Together they have a charm that is undeniable, as evidenced by the support they are receiving for their current release, Fiddle Tune X, and the many live videos they have posted on YouTube.

If you are new to the Billy and Don experience, here’s an introductory video they made about eighteen months ago that tells their tale.
