Brance Gillihan, co-founder of Bluegrass Today, and his wife Lauren are delighted to announce the birth of their second daughter, Abigail Faith.
She was born at the St. Luke’s Hospital East in Lee’s Summit, MO this morning at 8:06 (CDT), weighing in at 6 lbs 12 oz, stretching a full 19”.
Brance tells me that her name is Abigail – not Abby, not Abs… Abigail! And that big sister Haddie approves.
“Haddie was here earlier and held her. Kissed her on the forehead and told her she loved her. We were afraid Haddie might be jealous of the attention Abigail was getting, but rather she was jealous of Abigail. She got upset when anyone else held her. She wanted to hold ‘little sister’ the whole time she was here.”
