Funeral services for beloved bluegrass singer and songwriter Ronnie Bowman, who died this past Sunday following a tragic motorcycle accident the day before, are being held today at NorthField Church in Gallatin, TN.
The family will greet visitors from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (CST), followed by the service at 1:00 p.m.
Those unable to attend in person are invited to watch via livestream from the church, again starting at 1:00 p.m. (CST). It will remain available afterwards on YouTube.
A Celebration of Life event is being planned for a later date.
Ronnie was deeply loved by many people, both in and outside of the bluegrass and country music worlds he inhabited. NorthField Church is sure to be packed, and the video stream watched by untold numbers of people all over the world.
May perpetual light shine upon him.
