Rhonda Vincent is back at it. She and her talented band, The Rage, are in the studio working on their next record.
Once again, Rhonda is providing a journal of the recording process on her website, which she bills as Adventures In The Studio. The first installment speaks of the process of choosing songs, and provides a very personal look at how she goes about it. There are also a couple photos of the stacks and stacks of demo CDs she goes through picking new material.
Last time around, Rhonda made a point of recording the entire project with just she and the Rage, and tells us that she will be sticking pretty close to that format again.
“There will be some guests this time, but the core is Aaron, Ben, Mickey, and Hunter. I’m also looking forward to shooting a video for the first single on our bluegrass cruise next week.”
