This wonderful gallery of photos from the 2026 Pickin’ in the Pines festival in Flagstaff, AZ is a contribution from Dave Hollender. In addition to being a fine photographer, Dave is a professional banjo and bass player with a strong background in jazz, classical, and bluegrass music.
Until recently, he was a professor at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Upon retiring, Dave and his wife moved to Scottsdale, AZ where the winters are far more hospitable.
