The Kody Norris Show has posted on Facebook a call for actors to appear in the band’s next music video. After an initial request looking for a young baby for the video resulted in an abundance of interest, the group provided additional information and a specific list of ages and genders they need.
According to the post, the band will be filming August 18 or 19 in either Nashville or Norris’s home base of Mountain City, TN, in the state’s far northeastern corner. They are asking that anyone who shows interest be able to commit to one of those days and locations.
For the video, they are seeking a male baby (3-8 months), a male toddler (2-4 years), a male child (8-11 years), a young male adult (18-25 years), and people to portray a mother and father. They are also looking for an additional child between 2-8 years old (either male or female), as well as two or three extras for the shoot. Those interested in participating in the video should private message the Kody Norris Show’s Facebook page.
Norris is a consummate entertainer and has a history of releasing excellent music videos, adding in bits of humor and well-known guest stars. The group earned the 2025 IBMA Music Video of the Year award for The Auctioneer.
