Jesse Jeffries to The Bartley Brothers

Event Details

Fresh off the release of Hit The Road, their debut CD on Rural Rhythm, The Bartley Brothers have announced that Jesse Jeffries has joined the band on bass and tenor vocals.

Jeffries will be familiar to Ohio valley bluegrass fans from the time he spent with his brothers in The Peach Mountain Boys. They toured regionally starting in the 1970s. Jesse has also worked with Dave Evans and The Hart Brothers.

Shayne Bartley says that he and Rick are happy to have Jeffries aboard.

“We are very excited to have Jesse join our band! I had been around his family’s band for as long as I can remember, but had never played any music with Jesse until he auditioned, and he just blew us away. I know the fans will love him!

He joins Rick Bartley on guitar and Shayne Bartley on mandolin, with Josh Hymer on banjo.
