Nothing to report for April 21, so here is a video of Bill and the Blue Grass Boys singing Body and Soul. Wayne Lewis is singing lead with Monroe taking the tenor, along with Blake Williams on banjo, Mark Hembree on bass and Kenny Baker on fiddle.
The LP that Bill Monroe refers to is Bill Monroe and Friends, released January 12, 1984. Waylon Jennings recorded the song for the album, on January 26, 1983.
