The Leadership Bluegrass team with the International Bluegrass Music Association has scheduled an interesting free webinar for this Thursday, March 19, with the intriguing title, Turning Listeners Into Ticket Buyers and Ticket Buyers Into Listeners.
Presented by Ariel Rosenberg, Professor of Music Marketing at Colorado State University, its theme is growing the bluegrass market by turning casual fans into customers. It promises real-world strategies through discussion with a panel of successful entrepreneurs.
Joining Rosenberg will be:
- Hillary Clinton, COO of Regime Music Group, with an active management roster of Lettuce, The Infamous Stringdusters, Sublime, and more.
- Amanda Cook, President/CEO of Mountain Fever Records and frontwoman/vocalist with the Amanda Cook Band.
- Travis McNamara, educator and founder of Arthouse, and former touring musician with Trout Steak Revival.
The webinar will be streamed free of charge on Thursday, March 19, at 1:30 p.m. (EST). There is no charge to join the Zoom presentation on Thursday, and you do not need to be a member of the IBMA.
