Harvest of My Heart from Becky Webb

Event Details

Becky Webb

Everyone in bluegrass knows the talented vocalist ad multi-instrumentalist Darrell Webb from his many successful outings with top acts like Lonesome River Band, Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, and now Appalachian Road Show.

But do you know his sister, Becky Webb, who is likewise an accomplished bluegrass artist, who has worked alongside her brother, and with her own groups as well?

Becky has some good news to share, having signed with the MC1/DKM label in Nashville, with a new single, Harvest of My Heart, being distributed by The Orchard to both bluegrass and country radio. It was written by Jim Rushing, and recorded previously by The Osborne Brothers on their Some Things I Want To Say album in 1984 for Sugar Hill Records.

For Becky’s cut, she’s given it a dark, country/roots vibe, with Chevy Watson on guitar, brother Darrell on mandolin and electric guitar, and Joe Stevens on drums. Becky handles bass and lead vocals, with Darrell and Chevy singing harmony.

Give it a listen.

Harvest of My Heart is available now from popular download and streaming services online.
