Free tickets to Casey Driessen shows

Event Details

Anyone want free tickets to see Casey Driessen opening for country/rock sensations the Zac Brown Band?

Casey and his power trio are touring this next two weeks with Brown, and is offering two free tickets for each show to folks who will pass out free download cards during the performance. You can find all the details on Driessen’s web site.

This brief tour kicks off in Raleigh, NC on August 11 and hits Virginia Beach, Philadelphia, Boston, Hartford, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland and Charlotte over the next 10 days.

Casey calls his trio Colorfools. He’s on fiddle with Tom Giampietro on drums and Matt Mangano on bass.

“This instrumentation is one that I’ve wanted to try for a number of years. With just three instruments and no one in the sonic space of another, the sound is very open, versatile, and exciting for us. It’s also fairly simple for old and new friends to sit in. (We love us some collaboration.) I hope that you will join us for an evening somewhere on the road. TommyG and Matt might be with me, or they might not. However, I promise you that the Colorfools, whoever shows up, will be a cast of interesting and colorful characters.”

You can find all the tour dates online.
